Description
I think Motion Blur when you quickly move/run/parachute-dive/etc. should be able to configure in settings.

The effects while parachuting are applied from somewhere inside some of those parascripts, i saw that just now. But all 'new' effects, even if they can be altered, shouldnt be enabled to be set to completely 'off' especially not in MP.
I LOVE the motionblur the headbobbing and bloom, without it its just like ArmA(1) or OFP at times ...

This kind of effects should be imposed by the server. And the ability to turn off the shadows too.
