Description
Over-Blooming and Mega-Glowing of everything is highly annoying + mega unrealistic in my opinion... Lets face it, for instance it is so annoying that when you zoom-in to a glowing "Basin" (which itself wasn't even illuminated by the sun or else) everything around you gets extremely dark (HDR effect).
And so there should be really a option to reduce this glow/blooming, besides the options for Post-Processing on low.

Yes, i think so too, i think these effects are better suitable to a FPS shooter game e.g. Call of Duty than to a simulation. Or at least it should be turned down to a minimum.

I don't think anyone can say that these effects are realistic or even "nice" to look at. I'm much more keen that the effect is toned down a bit rather than we get to configure it.

Yep, we should have some menu slider for HDR. Some might like this effect, so I don't think it should be taken out completely. And yeah, I have post processing on none/low - seems as if you're looking through foggy beer goggles.

Turning PP off disables blooming.

Hi, actually it was meant to have a own menue setting for the blooming alone. But its great to see that its "technically possible" to turn that glowing off.
For instance, we here are loving every other post-processing effect, but not the over-blooming of everything. Im sure others think the same way too, so in my opinion it "deserves" a own menu setting for blooming. :-)
So maybe the title could be better altered to reflect what i actually wanted to suggest.
