Makes it easier to mirror a repository

WARNING!: You can now build repositories with relative paths.
However every version lower then 1.0.27 WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HANDLE THESE REPOSITORIES!
=> If anyone has trouble downloading your repository, make sure they have at least v 1.0.27.

The tool will be able to handle repositories built with lower version numbers, but not the other way around.
